Responsibilities

The Clinical Supervisor supervises home care staff, clinical staff and administrative support personnel. Is responsible for the overall direction coordination and evaluation of operations. Ensures clinical standards of quality and service are met. Ensures compliance with Federal, State and local government regulations and corporate policies

Qualifications

1. Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Oklahoma.

2. Preferably two (2) years current private duty or pediatric nursing experience.

3. Preferably two (2) years supervisory or administrative experience.

4. Wide range of Home Care nursing experience recommended.

5. Ability to relate to different types of people.

6. Effective communication skills.

7. Knowledge of teaching methods.

8. Preferably participates in related professional organizations.

9. Ability to set priorities, use good judgment, be creative.

10. Uses critical skills in problem solving.

11. Ability to function well under stress.

12. Currently licensed Home Care Administrator in the State of Oklahoma, strongly preferred but not required.
