Job Description

The Beacon – Keystone Community is looking for hard working, dependable, compassionate and motivated individuals to give of themselves to help enrich the lives of our residents. Our LPNs work alongside our Residential and Clinical Departments to ensure the highest quality of care is provided to our residents.

Job Responsibilities:

• Management of Overall Electronic Health Record
• Complete Health Assessments
• Monitor Medical Appointments to Ensure Compliance
• Staff Training
• Coordination of Patient Care

Requirements:

• Active LPN License in PA
• Driver's License (Travel is required for this position. Mileage is paid for your travel).
• Experience in the ID/Autism Field Preferred

Work Environment:

• Hybrid of Remote and Mobile Position

Job Type

• Full Time 1st Shift

Training
