A home health agency in Lafayette, IN is currently seeking a licensed Registered Nurse (RN) to join their growing team.

About the Opportunity:

• Start Date: ASAP
• Assignment Length: Ongoing (Contract to Hire)
• Schedule: Monday to Friday
• Hours: 8am to 5pm

Responsibilities:

• Provide care for patients in their homes
• Restore and promote the patient back to their optimal health
• Coordinate with physicians and multidisciplinary team members to ensure the patient is receiving quality care.
• Travel to patients' homes

Qualifications:

• IN Registered Nurse (RN) license
• CPR certification
