Progressive Care Unit Registered Nurse 12-Hour Nights

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Progressive Care Unit (PCU) Registered Nurse to join a dynamic healthcare team in beautiful Fort Myers, Florida. This 12-hour night shift position offers a rewarding opportunity to provide exceptional patient care in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and assess patients with complex medical needs.
• Administer medications and treatments according to care plans.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and families about ongoing care needs.
• Maintain detailed and accurate patient records.
  
  

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Florida (or compact).
• Minimum of 1 year of recent PCU experience.
• BLS and ACLS certifications (required).
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills.
