Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to pediatric patients in a Level I PICU.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including pediatricians and respiratory therapists, to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Educate and support families during challenging medical situations.
• Maintain a safe, compassionate, and evidence-based practice.
  
  

Qualifications

• Active RN license.
• Minimum of 2 years of PICU experience.
• PALS and BLS certifications required.
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills.
