Location: Fort Myers, FL

Schedule: 10-Hour Day Shifts | Call Required | One Major Holiday Required

Employment Type: Travel Contract | Non-local candidates only (50+ miles from facility)

About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced and adaptable Operating Room RN to join our dynamic surgical team. This role supports both adult and pediatric patient populations across a wide range of specialties including ENT, General Surgery, Vascular, Endovascular, Robotics, Dental, GYN, Ortho, Spine, and Neurosurgery. You’ll be part of a collaborative environment that values culture, flexibility, and clinical excellence.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver high-quality perioperative nursing care in a fast-paced OR setting
• Participate in call rotation (average 4 calls/month) and one major holiday shift
• Float between units and sister campuses as needed
• Document care using Epic EMR
• Engage with a team that treats travelers as core staff

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 2 years of OR experience
• Pediatric OR experience required
• Prior travel nursing experience strongly preferred
• BLS certification required; CNOR preferred
• Degree from accredited program (must be listed on profile) or 5+ years of experience
• Willingness to float and integrate into unit culture
• Must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility
• All RTO and schedule requests must be submitted with application
