Position Summary

This role involves providing independent nursing care and executing delegated medical functions in a fast-paced Med/Surg environment. You’ll assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams and maintaining documentation in accordance with hospital and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform health assessments and develop care plans
• Provide supportive and restorative therapy and treatment
• Educate and counsel patients and families
• Monitor and review therapy and treatment plans
• Refer patients for further evaluation or treatment as needed
• Float to other units based on hospital needs
• Promote the mission, vision, and values of SCL Health
  
  

Qualifications

• Required:
• ASN from an accredited nursing school
• Current RN license in Montana
• BLS (American Heart Association)
• Preferred:
• BSN
• ACLS, NRP, or PALS (depending on unit needs)
• Previous Med/Surg RN experience
