Position Description

Job Summary

Homeland has partnered with an acute care hospital in Arizona that provides a full spectrum of healthcare services, including imaging, cardiac rehabilitation, cardiopulmonary, emergency services, hospice, infusion care, laboratory, orthopedics, wound care, pharmacy, and more.

Our client is seeking Registered Nurses (RN) to join their team, with openings in the Emergency Department (ED), Operating Room (OR), Intensive Care Unit (ICU), Cath Lab, Endo and PACU.

This opportunity comes with a competitive hourly rate of up to $47.45, a sign-on bonus of up to $20,000, comprehensive benefits, and a relocation package to help make your move seamless.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver direct, high-quality nursing care to patients
  • Monitor patient status, vital signs, and responses to treatment
  • Administer medications and treatments as ordered
  • Operate and monitor specialized medical equipment
  • Accurately and timely document assessments, interventions, and patient care activities
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team
  • Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary staff to ensure coordinated care
  • Support and mentor fellow nursing staff and team members
  • Adhere to hospital safety standards, infection control practices, and nursing protocols
  • Perform other job duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Current RN license in the state of Arizona (or compact equivalent)
  • Graduate of an accredited Nursing program (ADN or BSN required)
  • Minimum of 1 year of RN experience
  • BLS certification (required)

This 100-bed, Joint Commission-accredited acute care hospital in Sierra Vista, Arizona, is a Level III Trauma Center offering comprehensive services such as emergency care, intensive care, cardiac care, orthopedics, women’s health, and behavioral health. Opened in 2015, the facility was built to provide advanced, patient-centered care in a supportive and innovative environment.
