School Nurse (RN or LPN )

Location: Near Millbrook, Ny | Full-Time | High School / Elementary |2025-2026 SY

Phaxis Education is seeking a skilled School Nurse (RN or LPN) to support students in both high school and PreK–2 settings in Millbrook, NY. In this role, you will provide direct health services, promote wellness, and ensure a safe learning environment for all students.

Position Details:

• High School: 1 student with a Foley catheter (emptied once daily)
• PreK–2: Start on or about September 20th; 1 student with a G-tube and 1 student requiring thickened liquids
• Collaborate with school staff and families to meet student health needs
• Administer medications, manage chronic conditions, and maintain accurate health records

Requirements:

• Active RN license (LPNs considered; RN strongly preferred)
• Experience in school, pediatric, or community health nursing
• Strong clinical judgment, organization, and communication skills
