Behavioral Health RN – $15,000 Sign-On Bonus | No Rotating Shifts | Casa Grande, AZ

Schedule: Full-time | 3x12-hour shifts (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM or 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)

Pay Range: $42–$65 per hour, depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, high-quality nursing care in behavioral health and detox settings
• Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
• Collaborate with physicians, clinicians, and support staff for effective treatment delivery
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and interventions
• Support patients in accessing community resources and long-term recovery solutions

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Arizona or compact state eligibility
• Ability to commit to a fixed 12-hour day or night shift (no rotation required)
• Passion for behavioral health and patient-centered care
• Open to both new graduates and experienced RNs

Compensation & Differentials

• Base pay: $42–$65/hour (based on experience)
• Weeknight differential: 10%
• Weekend day differential: 15%
• Weekend night differential: 30%
