We're looking for an experienced and dedicated Cath Lab Nurse Manager to lead our team in Mission Hills, CA. This is a pivotal role where you'll be accountable for ensuring the delivery of high-quality nursing care and providing comprehensive administrative oversight for multiple nursing units, managing over 80 FTEs on a 24-hour basis. You'll be expected to fulfill all duties and responsibilities associated with a unit manager position, driving excellence in patient care and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
• California Registered Nurse (RN) License (upon hire)
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association (upon hire)
• California Fire and Life Safety Card - National Organization (within 30 days of hire)
• 3+ years of recent clinical experience
  
  

Preferred

• Master's Degree
• 2+ years of managerial experience
• 1+ year of Cath Lab experience
  
  

Note: For employees in L&D, NICU, Nursery, and Postpartum, NNR is required (Postpartum - within 90 days from date of hire; Other areas - within 180 days of completion of clinical orientation).
