Key Responsibilities

• Deliver general nursing care to students, addressing immediate health needs and managing ongoing conditions.
• Collaborate with special education and general education staff to support students' health requirements.
• Assist in the development and implementation of health plans tailored to individual student needs.
• Maintain accurate health records and required documentation in compliance with school policies.
• Participate in IEP meetings to provide nursing insights and support comprehensive student care.

Qualifications And Experience

• Current Minnesota School Nurse License required.
• Registered Nurse (RN) with licensure to practice in Minnesota.
• Experience working in school nursing or with pediatric populations preferred.
• Familiarity with special education processes and IEP documentation.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in maintaining health records.
