Position Description

About the Role

We are looking for caring and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our nursing team. You’ll work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide quality care and help patients feel safe, respected, and supported. New LPN graduates are encouraged to apply!

What You’ll Do

Provide hands-on care, including giving medications and treatments
Monitor patients and report any changes to the RN or doctor
Help create and follow care plans to support patient recovery
Educate patients and families about care and next steps for discharge
Supervise and support nursing assistants to ensure safe care
Work closely with the healthcare team to create a positive environment

What You Need

Graduate of an approved LPN or vocational nursing program
Active LPN license in good standing
Current BLS/CPR certification
Experience in geriatric or rehab care is a plus, but not required
Strong communication and teamwork skills
