Location: Greater San Francisco | East Bay Coverage Territory

Schedule: Full-Time | Field-Based | Every Other Week 4x10s (3-Day Weekends)

Support injured workers while enjoying strong training, leadership support, and peer collaboration.

What You’ll Do

Coordinate care between injured workers, employers, and providers
Use your clinical judgment to guide treatment and return-to-work plans
Make in-person visits and maintain ongoing communication

What You Need

Active California RN license
Ability to work full time during normal business hours
Strong communication skills and comfort working independently
Proactive mindset, trainable yet autonomous
Energetic, ethical, and organized

No prior workers’ compensation or case management experience required — we provide training!
