Pyramid Consulting is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) OR - Operating Room for a nursing job in Augusta, Georgia.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care to patients before, during, and after surgical procedures.
• Prepare operating rooms, instruments, and supplies in compliance with aseptic standards.
• Collaborate with surgical teams to anticipate needs during procedures.
• Administer medications and monitor patients’ vital signs and conditions throughout surgery.
• Document patient care, interventions, and responses accurately in EMR systems.
• Adhere to all hospital policies, regulatory guidelines, and patient safety protocols.
• Serve as a patient advocate, ensuring dignity and comfort at every stage of surgical care.

Qualifications:

• Active Georgia or Compact State RN license (required).
• Minimum 1 year of OR nursing experience preferred (New-to-specialty RNs may be considered for training programs).
• BLS and ACLS certification (must be current).
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills.
