Pyramid Consulting is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) PreOp / PACU - Post Anesthesia Care for a nursing job in Roswell, Georgia.

• Deliver professional nursing care to patients in the Pre-Op and PACU setting in compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards.
• Perform preoperative assessments, including patient education, surgical preparation, and verification of medical history.
• Provide post-anesthesia recovery care, including monitoring vital signs, pain management, airway support, and safe transfer to the next phase of care.
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe, efficient, and patient-centered care.
• Document assessments, interventions, and patient progress accurately in the electronic medical record.
• Support and educate patients and families, addressing questions and providing reassurance throughout the perioperative process.

• Current, unencumbered RN license in Georgia (or compact state license).
• Minimum 1 year of RN experience (preferably in Pre-Op, PACU, ICU, or ED).
• BLS and ACLS certification required; PALS preferred (or must obtain within 6 months).
• Strong critical-thinking, assessment, and communication skills.
