Pyramid Consulting is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Med Surg / Telemetry for a nursing job in Hiram, Georgia.

• Provide direct patient care in accordance with the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation).
• Monitor, interpret, and document telemetry readings; identify and escalate arrhythmias or changes in patient status.
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.
• Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, and allied health professionals to ensure coordinated care.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans, disease processes, and discharge instructions.
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory and safety standards.
• Precept and mentor new staff or nursing students as needed.

• Current RN license in Georgia (or compact state eligibility).
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (BSN preferred, ADN accepted with commitment to pursue BSN).
• BLS certification required; ACLS strongly preferred.
• 1+ year of RN experience preferred (new grads considered for select roles).
• Strong clinical skills with ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
