Are you ready to work with an experienced, collaborative OR team—without the stress of hospital call, weekends, or major holidays?

Responsibilities

• 8 ORs, handling 98% orthopedic cases – mostly sports-related surgeries
• Fast-paced but lower stress than hospital ORs, in our opinion
• Team-first culture with supportive physicians and leadership
• A flexible, respectful approach to scheduling

Job Info:

• Amazing leadership team. Very collaborative environment. Team first environment.
• Full-time = 30+ hours/week, with full benefits. Can also support 4, 10's for 40 hours per week.
• No nights, weekends, or major holidays
• Monthly schedules released in advance, including early summer planning
• Late coverage rotated and shared fairly – early outs are common the next day
• Shifts are generally 10 hours but may flex to 8s or 12s depending on cases

Preferred Skills

• 1+ years experience circulating in the OR, ideally with ortho cases.
