Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)

Employment Type: Full-Time (40 hrs/week)

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Pay: $32.30 – $39.72 per hour (DOE)

Dress Code: Scrubs

About the Role

We’re seeking a compassionate and adaptable Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to support behavioral health programs in Los Angeles. This role provides the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the community while providing care for individuals with moderate to severe behavioral health needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide nursing support for both in-office and minimal field visits (approx. 5% travel; company vehicle available)
• Facilitate telehealth visits: prepare clients, record vitals, and assist with technology setup
• Administer injections (including Invega) and provide medication education
• Support clients transitioning from high-acuity to step-down programs
• Document client encounters in EMR system accurately and timely
• Collaborate with providers and care teams to ensure high-quality client outcomes

Patient Load

• Average of 12 clients per day
• 3–4 injectables per day
• 8–10 additional telehealth appointments depending on provider availability

Required Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted California LVN license
• Valid driver’s license, current auto insurance, and a clean driving record
• Comfortable working with behavioral health populations and administering injections

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in mental/behavioral health settings
• Bilingual Spanish skills
• Knowledge of psychotropic medications and contraindications
• Open to motivated new grads who are passionate about behavioral health
