This is a full-time Monday-Friday 9am-5pm ET position.

Job Overview: The RN will be responsible for independently managing a personal caseload of hospice patients across residential assisted living, group homes, and SNFs within a 40-mile radius of Marlborough. (Our client does their best to try to focus caseload near your home location)

Compensation & Benefits

Responsibilities: Telephone triage PRN visits for symptom management needs and other visits assigned by the Clinical Manager After-hours admissions and screens Remote chart auditing Stand up and stand down participation Qualifications: Valid license as a Registered Nurse in the State of Massachusetts Hospice, oncology or home health experience is preferred. Minimum two years recent, professional nursing experience. Valid Massachusetts Driver's License
