Requirements

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN preferred).
  • Current and unrestricted RN license in Massachusetts.
  • BLS, ACLS, and PALS required; TNCC and CEN preferred.
  • Emergency or critical care experience preferred.
  • Strong critical thinking, rapid assessment, and crisis management abilities.

Responsibilities

  • Assess, triage, and treat adult emergency patients.
  • Monitor vitals, cardiac rhythms, and conditions.
  • Administer medications, IV therapies, and interventions.
  • Collaborate with providers for rapid decision-making.
  • Educate patients and families on care plans.
  • Maintain accurate EMR documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with emergency protocols.
  • Respond to emergencies, trauma, and critical cases.
