Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) – Ambulatory Infusion and Patient Support

Additional Site: Carmel, NY

Location: Mount Kisco, NY 10549

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:10 AM – 5:30 PM

Travel Required: Yes, 2–3 days per week between Mount Kisco and Carmel locations

Position Summary

The Registered Nurse will support ambulatory patient care by triaging calls, scheduling appointments and infusions, and managing medication refills through local and mail-order pharmacies. This role requires strong communication skills, reliability, and the ability to work independently while supporting a fast-paced clinical environment.

Essential Responsibilities

• Answer and triage patient phone calls, addressing clinical concerns and routing appropriately.
• Schedule patient appointments and infusion therapies.
• Process medication and chemotherapy refills through various pharmacy channels.
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow HIPAA compliance standards.
• Collaborate with physicians, pharmacists, and other clinical staff to ensure continuity of care.
• Travel between designated clinic locations as needed (2–3 days per week).

Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing – Required

Licensure

• Active RN License – Required

Experience

• Hematology/Oncology experience – Preferred but not required
