Contract duration: 13 weeks

Shift:3X12 -hours

Schedule: Days

Key Responsibilities:

• Full scope of Labor & Delivery, Postpartum, and Newborn Care
• Circulating for C-sections
• High-risk deliveries and OB triage
• Administration of blood products
• Antepartum & Couplet Care
• EFM (External & Internal Fetal Monitoring, IUPC, Spiral Electrode)
• Medications: Pitocin, Magnesium Sulfate, Terbutaline, Anticoagulants, Antihypertensives, Insulin drips
• Procedures: Amniocentesis, Cesarean Section, Cervical Cerclage, Forceps/Vacuum, D&C, Circumcision assist
• Newborn care: APGAR scoring, Phototherapy, Hypoglycemia management, Breastfeeding & lactation support, Car Seat & Discharge Education
• Emergency response: Postpartum Hemorrhage, Hemorrhage/Shock, Abnormal fetal heart rate interpretation

Requirements:

• RN License
• ACLS
• BLS
• NRP
• AWHONN Intermediate
