As a Cath Lab RN, you’ll join a collaborative environment that values you as both a professional and a person. With two state-of-the-art cardiac labs, 1:1 patient ratios, and a consistent 4x10 schedule, you’ll have the support and structure needed to provide exceptional care.

In this role, the Cath Lab RN will play a key part in assisting with Cardiac and Interventional Radiology procedures, ensuring high-quality, safe care while upholding the mission and values of the unit. Responsibilities

• Assist with Cardiac and Interventional Radiology procedures in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment
• Deliver safe, high-quality patient care in accordance with departmental standards and clinical best practices
• Collaborate with physicians, staff, patients, and families while demonstrating respect, compassion, and professionalism
• Maintain flexibility and adaptability to changing systems, processes, and patient needs
• Utilize critical thinking and specialized nursing interventions to create and implement individualized care plans
• Support and contribute to the mission, philosophy, and goals of the unit and broader organization
• Work within a 1:1 patient ratio to ensure focused, individualized care
• Participate in a 4x10 hour shift schedule with required on-call availability
• Leverage advanced technology to optimize patient outcomes and support innovative care delivery

Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in nursing from an accredited nursing program
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification required
• Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) certification preferred
• Minimum of one year of nursing experience preferred, preferably in a critical care or procedural setting
