Salary Range: $67,073 – $85,569/yr.

Job Summary:

We are seeking Operating Room Registered Nurses to join a surgical team in Sierra Vista, AZ. This role requires direct patient care in the OR, ensuring safe and effective surgical procedures while collaborating with surgeons and the perioperative team.

Responsibilities:

• Provide perioperative nursing care before, during, and after surgical procedures.
• Assist surgical team with preparing instruments, supplies, and sterile field.
• Monitor patient’s vital signs and respond quickly to changes during surgery.
• Maintain compliance with infection control, safety, and hospital protocols.
• Document all aspects of patient care accurately.
• Work collaboratively with physicians, anesthesiologists, and surgical staff.

Must-Haves:

• Associate’s Degree in Nursing (minimum).
• Current Arizona RN license.
• 1–2 years of OR nursing experience.
