HealthCare Support is currently seeking an Emergency Room RN for an exciting opportunity in Palatka, FL. SIGN ON BONUS: up to $15,000

Pay Details

• $28.08 - $43.20 hourly
  
  

Schedule:

• 3 x 12s with rotating weekends
• Nights and evenings open
  
  

Location: Palatka, FL

Required Qualificationsfor Emergency RN

• Florida RN license (if compact, active FL license w/in 90 days)
• 1+ year of ER experience

Daily Responsibilities For Emergency RN

• Triage patients upon arrival and prioritize care based on acuity and symptoms
• Perform rapid assessments and initiate life-saving interventions
• Administer medications, start IVs, perform EKGs, wound care, and manage emergencies such as strokes, cardiac events, trauma, and sepsis
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to stabilize and transition patients to inpatient units or discharge
• Assess patient pain regularly and manage effectively, including reassessment after interventions
• Document care accurately and timely in the patient medical record
• Deliver exceptional patient care with proactive problem-solving and anticipation of needs
