A full-time, contract position is available for an experienced Registered Nurse to provide essential healthcare services within a K-12 school setting in Minnesota. This role involves working closely with students, school staff, and families to ensure the health and well-being of the school community throughout the contract school year.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to students, including health assessments, screenings, and management of chronic conditions
• Develop and implement individualized healthcare plans and emergency protocols
• Provide health education to students, staff, and families promoting wellness and disease prevention
• Collaborate with school personnel and external healthcare providers to coordinate care
• Maintain accurate, confidential health records and comply with state and federal regulations

Qualifications And Experience

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Minnesota
• CPR/AED certification current and valid
• Bachelors degree in Nursing from an accredited program
• Experience working in a school or pediatric healthcare environment preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills tailored to a diverse school community
