Responsibilities

• Provide primary nursing care and emergency interventions for students within the K-12 setting
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers
• Conduct health screenings, including vision, hearing, and scoliosis assessments
• Develop and implement individualized health care plans and emergency protocols
• Collaborate with school staff, families, and healthcare professionals to promote student health and safety
• Maintain accurate and confidential health records in compliance with regulations
• Educate students and staff on health topics and wellness practices
  
  

Qualifications

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of New Hampshire
• Experience in school nursing or pediatric nursing preferred
• Strong knowledge of student health needs and school policies
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
