UW Health is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Pediatrics for a nursing job in MADISON, Wisconsin.

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Navigator to: 

  • Work in collaboration with numerous multidisciplinary teams to help navigate patients and families. 

  • Coordinate specialized multi-disciplinary patient care by utilizing specialty knowledge of the pediatric patient population.

  • Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives.

  • Bring their expertise in working with pediatric patients.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) Required

  • Master's Degree in Nursing, Social Work, Public Health, Healthcare Administration, or related field Preferred

Work Experience
  • 3 years of relevant clinical nursing experience Required

  • 1 year of relevant experience in the specific patient population being supported preferred 

Licenses & Certifications
  • Registered Nurse license in the state of Wisconsin Required

  • Basic Life Support/CPR Required

  • Applicable Oncology certification based on patient population Preferred
