Neurology Registered Nurse (RN) – $15,000–$25,000 Sign-On Bonus

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Neurology Registered Nurse (RN) to join a leading hospital in Gainesville, Florida. This is an exciting opportunity to care for patients with neurological conditions in a collaborative, fast-paced environment while earning competitive pay and a generous sign-on bonus.

Schedule: Full-Time | 3x12s | Day Shift (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM) or Night Shift (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)

Compensation:$29.73 – $43.20/hr (DOE)

Differentials: Nights +$3–$4.50/hr | Weekends +$1.50–$2/hr

Sign-On Bonus: $15,000 (Days) | $25,000 (Nights)

Daily Responsibilities For Neurology Registered Nurse (RN)

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients with neurological conditions such as stroke, seizures, and post-neurosurgery recovery.
• Perform frequent neuro assessments and manage telemetry monitoring for seizure or stroke risk patients.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Administer medications, treatments, and patient education according to care plans.
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation in compliance with hospital and regulatory standards.
  
  

Required Qualifications For Neurology Registered Nurse (RN)

• 1+ year of RN experience in an acute care setting
• Active Florida RN license or compact licensure (must obtain FL license within 90 days if relocating
