Orthopedic Registered Nurse (RN) – $15,000 Sign-On Bonus

We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Orthopedic Registered Nurse (RN) to join a leading hospital in Tallahassee, Florida. This is an excellent opportunity to deliver specialized post-surgical care while working in a collaborative, patient-focused environment dedicated to improving mobility, recovery, and quality of life.

Schedule:Full-Time | Nights | 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Compensation:$29.00 – $43.25/hr (DOE)

Differentials: Nights +$4.00/hr | Weekends +$5.25/hr

Sign-On Bonus: $10,000 (Days) | $15,000 (Nights)

Bonus paid in 5 installments — 20% with first check, then every 6 months until paid in full

Daily Responsibilities For Orthopedic Registered Nurse (RN)

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients recovering from orthopedic surgeries including joint replacements, fractures, and spinal procedures.
• Manage pain control, mobility, and wound care while monitoring for post-operative complications such as DVT or infection.
• Collaborate with surgeons, physical therapists, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal recovery outcomes.
• Educate patients and families on care plans, medications, and rehabilitation instructions.
• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation in compliance with hospital and regulatory standards.
  
  

Required Qualifications For Orthopedic Registered Nurse (RN)

• Active Florida RN license or compact licensure (must obtain FL license within 90 days if relocating)
• 1+ year of RN experience
