Position Description

UW Health is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Pediatrics for a nursing job in MADISON, Wisconsin.

100% FTE, Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm. No weekends or holidays. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department. You will work at American Family Children’s Hospital in Madison, WI.

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to:

  • Care for pediatric patients with multiple chronic health conditions, acute episodes of care, behavioral health challenges while promoting and supporting prevention and wellness.
  • Utilize evidence and science to guide practice.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of school of nursing Required
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) Preferred

Work Experience

  • 6 months of RN experience Required
  • Relevant RN experience Preferred

Licenses & Certifications

  • Registration as a registered nurse in the state where employed or licensure in a state in the licensure compact Upon Hire Required
  • CPR/BLS Certification Upon Hire Required
  • Applicable clinical certification Preferred
