Registered Nurse (RN) – Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CVICU)

Job Type:

• Full-Time, Permanent Staff – 36 hrs/week (3×12-hour shifts)
• PRN Shifts Available

Shifts:

• 12-hour shifts – Days or Nights
• Weekend & holiday rotations as required

What You’ll Do:
Be part of a specialized team delivering life-saving care to critically ill cardiovascular patients. As a CVICU RN, you’ll:

• Provide direct care to post-operative open-heart, transplant, and other high-acuity cardiac patients
• Monitor hemodynamic status and titrate vasoactive drips
• Collaborate closely with physicians, perfusionists, and multidisciplinary team members
• Support patients and families through complex care journeys with empathy and clear communication
• Maintain precise documentation and adhere to evidence-based critical care practices

What You Need:

• Active RN license in Georgia (or Compact license)
• BLS and ACLS certifications (required)
• Critical Care or CVICU experience strongly preferred
• CCRN certification (preferred or willing to obtain)
