Responsibilities: The Business Office Supervisor will oversee the administrative functions of the business office/facility. This role will be responsible for supervising staff and workflows, overseeing financial procedures, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, and optimizing office operations. Qualifications: Education• High School Diploma, High School Equivalency (HSE) or Completion of a CHS Approved Individualized Education Plan (IEP) Certificate required• Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field preferred Experience• 3 years of healthcare administration, billing, or related experience required• Experience with Medicaid, Medicare, HMO, private pay billing and collections required• Point Click Care (PCC) billing system proficiency is required• Supervisory experience in a healthcare business office or Skilled Nursing facility preferred Disclaimers:
