Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Oncology team. In this role, you will provide high-quality, patient-centered care to oncology patients, ensuring safety, comfort, and exceptional clinical outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to oncology patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
• Administer medications, IV therapy, and chemotherapy treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor and document patient progress, vital signs, and response to treatment.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Educate patients and families on disease processes, treatment plans, and self-care strategies.
• Maintain compliance with nursing standards, policies, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Georgia.
• Experience in oncology nursing preferred.
• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
