Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and adaptable Registered Nurse (RN) to join the Critical Care Float Team. The RN will provide comprehensive care for critically ill patients across multiple units, ensuring patient safety, continuity of care, and optimal outcomes in a fast-paced hospital environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care for critically ill patients in various units, including monitoring, assessment, and intervention.
• Administer medications, IV therapy, and advanced treatments according to protocols.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate care plans.
• Monitor and manage patients’ hemodynamic status, ventilators, and other life-support equipment.
• Educate patients and families regarding conditions, treatments, and self-care strategies.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in electronic medical records (EMR).
• Respond promptly to emergencies and provide critical interventions as needed.
• Adhere to all regulatory, safety, and hospital protocols.
