About the Role:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Med/Surg team. This role offers the opportunity to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a collaborative and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver safe, effective, and compassionate care to patients on the Medical/Surgical unit.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans according to established standards.
• Collaborate with physicians, interdisciplinary team members, and support staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and families on care plans, procedures, and health management.
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with hospital policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

• Current and active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Georgia.
• Med/Surg experience preferred but not required.
• Strong clinical skills, critical thinking, and patient advocacy.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
