Location: Blount County Jail – Maryville, TN
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday (on-site)

Role Summary

TK Health is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to lead daily clinical operations and nursing services at Blount County Jail. The Psych RN/DON partners with custody leadership, oversees compliance and quality, and supports a mission-driven team providing patient care where the need is highest.

Requirements

• Current, valid, unrestricted RN license (Tennessee)

• Supervisory/leadership experience in clinical settings

• Correctional healthcare experience preferred

• Strong communication, organization, and team leadership skills
