Our practice is located in a state-of-the-art facility at 10 Members Way, Suite 500 in Dover, NH 03820. As an Internal Medicine office, we provide outstanding primary care and preventative health care to adult patients. We are constantly aiming to improve access for patients and to meet the evolving health care needs of the communities we serve. Primary care is all about relationship-building! We pride ourselves on our true patient-centered medical home model for our patient’s care. The whole team really gets to know our patients to ensure that they are receiving exceptional, personalized care in a comfortable, friendly atmosphere.
Job Summary
We are seeking a full-time, 40-hour Registered Nurse Lead to join our Internal Medicine team. The operating hours of the department are Monday through Friday 8:00am-5:00pm, so the schedule is staggered based on the operational needs of the practice.
This position will have direct oversight of the IM clinical staff and involvement with process improvement.
Accountable for interpreting the plan of medical care, assessment of patients' clinical decision-making regarding nursing care, assuring nursing care is provided in a safe and competent manner, providing individualized nursing care, and evaluating nursing care for groups of patients. Acts in lead capacity to other nursing staff.
