Here’s What You Need

  • Nursing Diploma Nursing Required Or
  • Associate's Degree Nursing Required Or
  • Bachelor's Degree Nursing Preferred
  • 1 year experience as a Registered Nurse in an acute setting Required
  • 2 years experience as a Registered Nurse in an acute setting Preferred            

    1 Year Of NICU Experience Is Highly Preferred

1 year of charge or relief charge experience or other leadership experience is preferred

  • RN - Registered Nurse Upon Hire Required And

STABLE upon hire is preferred

  • BCLS - Basic Cardiac Life Support prior to providing independent patient care and maintained quarterly Required And
  • NRP - Essential Neonatal Resuscitation Program 90 days Required And
  • NRPA-Advanced Neonatal Resuscitation Program 90 days Required And

CPI - Crisis Prevention Intervention Training Maintained Annually 90 days Required
