Novant Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to join East Cooper Breast Specialists, which is part of our East Cooper Physician Group in Charleston, SC.
As a Registered Nurse, you will communicate and coordinate patient care in an interdisciplinary model, manage and deliver patient care utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation; and apply critical thinking skills to resolve problems. The RN provides care based on Novant Health’s established standards of care and expectations.

Novant Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to join East Cooper Breast Specialists, which is part of our East Cooper Physician Group in Charleston, SC.

Responsibilities
- Demonstrates critical thinking skills for problem solving and anticipating patient care needs.
- Documents assessments, delivery of care and patient’s response to care in the medical record
- Provides information and facilitates patient/family teaching.
- Participates in performance improvement initiatives to improve processes and outcomes.
- Demonstrates accountability for ongoing learning needs, completion of annual education requirements and competencies.

- Education: Associates Degree in Nursing Required, Bachelors Degree Preferred
- Experience: 2+ years of experience as a Registered Nurse within a medical practice setting
- Licensure/Certification: RN required. Must have current valid SC nursing license.
- Additional Skills: Knowledge of using medical equipment including stethoscope, scales, and blood pressure cuff, etc. Knowledge of Electronic Health Systems. Knowledge of ICD-9 and CPT codes. Knowledge of the policies and procedures of a clinic sufficient to provide effective patient care.
