✅ What You'll Do As a Hospice LPN

• Provide direct hospice nursing care to patients in their homes
• Administer medications, perform wound care, IV therapy, and other treatments
• Educate and support patients and families on disease processes, symptom management, and end-of-life care
• Collaborate with the RN Case Manager and the full interdisciplinary team to ensure coordinated, compassionate care
• Document clinical visits and interventions accurately and on time

What You'll Need To Join As a Hospice LPN

• Active LPN license in the state of Massachusetts
• At least 2 years of nursing experience (hospice or home health strongly preferred)
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• Empathy, strong communication skills, and a commitment to patient- and family-centered care
