About the Role

We’re seeking a skilled and adaptable Emergency Room RN to join a high-acuity, fast-paced emergency department that serves both adult and pediatric populations. This is a November start opportunity for nurses who thrive in dynamic environments and are ready to make a meaningful impact during the holiday season.

Key Requirements

• License: Active New York RN license (Required)
• Certifications: BLS & ACLS (Required)
• Experience: ER experience preferred; first-time travelers accepted
• COVID-19 Vaccination: Required (Medical/Religious exemptions accepted)

Core Clinical Skills

• IV therapy & Phlebotomy
• Arterial line management*
• Central line care & blood product administration
• IV vasopressors & continuous IV sedation*
• Procedural sedation administration*
• CPAP/BiPAP & ventilated patient care

Neurological & Trauma Experience

• CVA (Stroke), Neuro-Trauma, Spinal Cord Injury
• Traumatic Brain Injury
• Gunshot wounds & traumatic amputation*
• Ortho trauma

Work Settings

• General Emergency Department (Adult/Pedi Combined)
• STEMI Certified Facility*
• Stroke Certified Facility*
• Shock/Trauma Unit
