Career Opportunity: RN or LPN Unit Manager

Location: Hickory Falls Health and Rehab : Granite Falls, NC

Hickory Falls Health and Rehab is seeking a dedicated and dynamic RN or LPN Unit Manager to join our team of responsive, compassionate, and caring professionals. This leadership role is essential in ensuring the highest quality of care for our residents and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate, manage, and evaluate resident care and unit operations.
• Supervise direct care staff and provide clinical support as needed.
• Conduct resident assessments and monitor health status.
• Ensure timely and accurate documentation and communication with appropriate parties.
• Report daily resident status updates to the Director of Nursing.
• Participate in physician rounds, review orders and lab results, and coordinate with pharmacy.
• Address and resolve resident concerns promptly and professionally.
• Investigate and follow up on any incidents or concerns related to resident care.
• Review and update care plans, ensuring alignment with resident needs.
• Promote and uphold a culture of Service Excellence.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• Current RN or LPN license in good standing.
• Active CPR certification.
• Prior experience in long-term care preferred.
• Strong clinical, communication, customer service, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively, make sound decisions, and manage details effectively.
