General Summary

Hospice provides comprehensive, convenient, and high quality Hospice services to meet the physical, emotional, spiritual, and social needs of adult and geriatric patients with limited life expectancy.

Education/Experience Required

• Associate's degree in Nursing (ADN).
• Minimum of four years nursing experience in a Hospice environment.
• Effective written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills via phone and face-to-face.
• Ability to problem-solve and excellent critical thinking skills.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN).Previous nursing experience in Hospice or Home Health setting.

Certifications/Licensures Required

• Current Michigan Registered Nurse license.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Valid Michigan Driver's license.
• Dependable automobile insured according to State of Michigan requirements.
