Title: Skilled Nursing LPN

Location: Bottineau, ND 58318-1899

Duration: Perm Role (Full-Time)

Shift: 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM (12-hour shifts)

Pay Range: $24.00 - $36.00/hour

Patient Population: Senior residents, typical census 46-54

Shift Differentials: Additional pay depending on shift

Sign-On Bonus: Available (TBD upon offer)

Key Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments per care plans and nursing standards
• Monitor and update individualized care plans
• Provide safe, efficient, compassionate care to senior residents
• May supervise other staff (interviewing, training, performance appraisal, etc.)
• Must follow all corporate compliance and regulatory standards
  
  

Skills

• Basic nursing skills
• Understanding of medication administration
• Ability to lift 35 lbs and work in a moderately noisy environment
  
  

Required

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Active LPN license for the state of North Dakota (or compact)
• BLS certification
• Minimum of 3 months of experience in long-term care (LTC) as an LPN
