Job Summary

• This position involves providing skilled nursing care and routine clinical assessments to members in various settings, including home visits and care centers.
• The role requires compliance with regulations and organizational policies and involves collaboration with an interdisciplinary team.
  
  

Requirements

• Degree from an accredited school of nursing, BSN preferred.
• Current New York State License to practice as a Registered Nurse.
• Minimum of one year of clinical nursing experience in home health, acute care, or similar settings.
• Experience working with frail or elderly populations.
• Good physical stamina and mental health, including satisfactory health clearance.
• Valid Driver's License, required insurance, and access to a car for work.
• Proficiency with computers/laptops.
  
  

Qualifications

• Experience with frail or elderly populations, or appropriate training provided.
• Good organizational, communication, and judgment skills.
• Ability to work independently and with supervision.
