We specialize in providing compassionate, comprehensive care to a diverse range of patients. Our unit serves individuals with complex needs, including those suffering from chronic wounds, mental health concerns, and respiratory conditions. We also provide expert management of gastrointestinal issues and heart failure, ensuring tailored care to each patient’s specific needs. Additionally, we treat conditions requiring long-term antibiotics, such as endocarditis and cellulitis, with a focus on improving patient outcomes and supporting recovery. Our team of dedicated healthcare professionals works collaboratively to deliver the highest standard of care in a nurturing, supportive environment.

Qualifications
- Education: Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program; Consideration will be given for comparable education experience and successful licensure.
- Licensure: Is personally responsible for obtaining, and maintaining a current LPN license within the state of Missouri and must meet all State Board of Nursing requirements
- Experience: Can be new or experienced LPN
- Certifications: Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association or successful completion of course within 30 days of hire
- Physical Requirements/Demands: Stand/Walk most of the time on duty; significant amount of bending and stooping, as well as lifting and turning patients with assistance; push/pull/grip up to 50 pounds
