A healthcare network in New York City is looking to fill an immediate need at one of their group homes in Queens with the addition of a licensed Registered Nurse (RN).

About the Opportunity:

• Start Date: ASAP
• Assignment Length: Ongoing (Contract to Hire)
• Schedule: Monday - Friday
• Hours: Flexible (8hrs per day)
• Patient Population: Adults (IDD / Medically Fragile)
• Patient Volume: 10 per day

Responsibilities:

• Provide documented oversight of medical appointments and medical issues
• Coordinate and monitor health services as well as signs and symptoms of illness
• Train and oversee all medical systems and document accurate completion of
• Monitor care during medical hospitalizations

Qualifications:

• NYS Registered Nurse license

Desired Skills:

• 1+ year of Nursing experience
• Experience with the OPWDD population
