Lakeview Village Home Health is searching for caring, dedicated, and trustworthyLicensed Practical Nurses to join our team!

Lakeview Village in Lenexa, Kansas is a not-for-profit continuing care retirement community that offers home health, sub-acute rehabilitation, and long-term care, celebrating its 60th anniversary and 5th straight year as the U.S News & World Report Best Short Stay Rehab.

You will provide comprehensive nursing services to residents and their families in a community setting, with an emphasis on the promotion and maintenance of health, early detection, and restoration measures. While this care is provided under the leadership of a RN case manager, you will be one of the residents’ closest advocates.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Must possess a current, unrestricted LPN Nursing license in the State of Kansas.
• Must have current CPR certification.
• Prior Home Health experience is preferred.
• Must have a reliable method of transportation and a valid State driver’s license.
